Description
Each person has an individual set of strengths and talents that can be used to lead a truly meaningful life. Knowing and using your gifts and strengths is called "living with purpose" or "doing one’s life work." People who have "purpose," or a sense of their gifts and strengths -and use them daily- have increased well-being and tend to live about seven years longer than those who do not. One of the goals of the Blue Zones Project® is to help people discover a clear definition of their gifts or deepen their sense of purpose. Then, we hope to help people use their gifts more, through either existing outlets in their life (work, volunteering) or through new outlets where they are needed. Come and join us at our “Finding your Purpose Workshop” and gift yourself the opportunity of finding or reinforcing your gifts and talents. This workshop will be virtual. You must have a computer with video and microphone capabilities. The workshop is appropriate for all individuals age 15 years and older. It’s fun. Enlightening. Life lengthening. Life changing. REGISTER TODAY. SPACE IS LIMITED. We will email you a Zoom link and Purpose Workshop materials two days prior to event The workshop will be confirmed only if the workshop reaches a minimum number of attendees. Minimum of 10 attendees are required. For more info or questions contact Katie Morataya-Picazo E-mail: katie.moratayapicazo@sharecare.com.
