Description
AI is transforming the workplace faster than most organizations can build policies around it. In "Human First, AI Second," AI consultant Jen Seregos delivers a practical guide for HR professionals navigating this shift — not with fear, but with frameworks.
This session covers the full spectrum of AI in the workplace: productivity gains that are already measurable, the shadow AI problem where 70% of employees use personal AI tools for work tasks, real-world bias case studies like Amazon's recruiting tool, and the deepfake threat landscape including a live demonstration of Jen's own AI-generated clone.
Attendees will walk away with a clear understanding of the Five Pillars of Responsible AI Adoption, the "Never Paste Rule" for protecting sensitive data, and a two-question framework they can apply to any AI decision: "What's possible here?" and "How do I protect people involved while I do it?"
