California Seltzer Co is driven by the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of Joseph Ehlers, Charlie Lippert, and Veronica Camp. The team took the lemons being given to them by the COVID-19 pandemic and made spike lemonade for the world to enjoy. Using their 22 years of combined experience, California Seltzer Co is a direct reflection of decisions made to bring their vision to life. As a team the group trusts in each other’s opinions and lives by the motto of no regrets or looking back. Each minor setback has open the door to major comebacks making each new achievement that much greater.

California Seltzer Co. (CSC) opens the first ever seltzer dedicated taproom in California. Located in the heart of Pacific Grove, guests will soon be able to sip eight innovative house flavors of CSC hard seltzer, while visiting and overlooking picturesque Lovers Point.
