Have you ever wondered how the electronic devices that you use every day work, or thought about developing your own “smart” devices to control things around your house? If so, this camp will help you fill some of those gaps in your knowledge! Using the Arduino platform, participants will learn the basics of electronics, programming, and coding through a series of hands-on modules. Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. The Arduino ecosystem is intended for anyone hoping to make their very own interactive projects. Some of the projects include: Analog vs digital signals Programming LEDs Setting up a temperature sensor and more! No prior knowledge or experience of electronics or coding is necessary. Ages: 11 - 14 (For students CURRENTLY enrolled in Grade 6, 7, or 8)
