Readiness and Resilience: Perspectives from Ukraine
How municipalities are protecting their residents and keeping their economy moving.
A panel discussion with representatives from Shabo, Ukraine and surrounding areas.

A Monterey Bay Defense Alliance Breakfast Forum
The Monterey Bay is home to one of the most concentrated clusters of defense education, research, and training in the nation, and the strength of those missions depends on the strength of the community around them.
Join the Monterey Bay Defense Alliance for a candid morning conversation with leaders from several Ukrainian municipalities. Our guided panel will explore what readiness and resilience really mean for the region today: how we protect critical missions, support service members and their families, and build the partnerships that keep the Monterey Bay indispensable to national defense.
The discussion will close with open Q&A, so bring your questions and your perspective.
David O'Keefe will be the moderator.
