Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems. This group meets on the second Thursday of each month. Open to family members. No fee. Meetings are led by a trained facilitator and will meet in person at Shoreline Church. Many of our host location sites have their own safety guidelines in place. Please come prepared with a face mask and hand sanitizer. Our Family Caregiver Support Groups are not for the person with the diagnosis.
