Access Plus Capital is a nonprofit community lender and certified Community Development Financial Institution based in California’s Central Valley. We provide flexible financing and personalized business support to help entrepreneurs start, strengthen, and grow their businesses—especially those who may face barriers to traditional bank financing.

Beyond funding, our clients receive access to one-on-one coaching, financial education, workshops, and practical resources designed to support long-term success. While our roots are in the Central Valley, we are proud to connect with the Monterey business community and build partnerships that expand opportunities for small businesses across Central California.
