About Us

BRIDGE Community Services of CA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals and families through accessible support services, education, and community-based programs. Our mission is to build pathways to stability, opportunity, and self-sufficiency for underserved and vulnerable populations across Monterey County.

BRIDGE is contracted with Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH) and provides community-based support services to eligible CCAH members throughout Monterey County. Our services include resource navigation, advocacy, and coordinated support designed to address social determinants of health and reduce barriers to care.

We operate as a remote organization and meet members where they are—out in the community and at partner locations—using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach. Through strong local partnerships and collaboration, BRIDGE works to promote equity, resilience, and long-term community well-being.
