A downtown vinyasa and yin yoga studio for men and women. We are the only studio on the Central Coast to offer far-infrared, gently heated (75-85-degree) classes. We have some of the most skilled teachers in the area to offer exceptional instruction for beginners, advance and specialized offerings as custom programs for businesses, addiction & recovery, and physical therapeutics. We strive to maintain a sense of community & connection for locals and travelers passing through the area on business and holiday.
