Mandy Owen (she/they) is an executive coach with 15+ years experience managing large teams who support customers, build communities, and influence product development across the tech industry (Airbnb, Netflix, Google) and non-profit (The Dinner Party Labs).

Mandy coaches individual contributors, managers, managers of managers, executives, and founders alike. Mandy also provides guidance for anything from building customer-centric feedback loops, to organizational design, and building your team’s culture from the ground up. Mandy has spent the past year helping small businesses in Monterey build onboarding programs for new hires as well as think about long-term strategic goals for their business.

Mandy works with anyone and is deeply passionate about helping people unlock their inner potential; work better together to have deeper impact; in addition to mentorship specifically for women, gender-nonconforming people, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.
