We are a second generation family owned and operated bakery located in the heart of Monterey Bay. Since 1975, we pride ourselves in using only the highest quality ingredients and providing great, professional customer service. We are the original Freedom Bakery from Watsonville and now opened a Monterey Boutique location. We specialize in special occasion custom cakes and cookies. You can pre-order and pick up from our Monterey location Fri-Sun, 10am to 1pm. There is no walk-in purchases at the Monterey location but we invite you to stop by during our hours for Free Samples. Follow us on socials for Free Sample Flavor Alerts! If you have a birthday or occasion coming up, we would love for you to celebrate with a Freedom Bakery cake. You can also find us on most Tuesdays at the Downtown Monterey Alvarado St Farmer's Market. Our Watsonville location is open 7 days a week.
